Cindi Reiman
Successful CEO and educational program developer for American Hospitality Academy, having created and implemented training programs in the United States over the last 20 years for thousands of tourism and hospitality students from the US and over 70 countries and for AHA International Hotel Management Schools worldwide. Her training distinguished itself through her unique cultural awareness curriculum, which has been widely acclaimed in the industry.

Katie Hufstettler, CHT
Graduate of University of Kentucky, Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and a Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) and Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), internationally recognized qualifications in the industry. As Director of Curriculum Development for AHA Katie oversees training in all 9 AHA regions in the US and in schools in Nepal, the Philippines, and Lebanon. For over 8 years she has created cultural understanding, team building, leadership skills and hospitality basics curriculum for AHA, conducted train-the-trainer courses, implemented 12 new seminar programs and written numerous training guides and manuals.

Krystyna Clarke
Graduate of University of NSW, Australia with a Bachelor in Social Work/Psychology (Honors). Krystyna founded and managed one of the largest private educational institutes in Australia serving thousands of students from all over the world. She has produced educational and business seminars internationally, has written curriculum, training manuals, creative marketing materials, has created international symposiums with John Denver's "Windstar Foundation", produced two Global Youth Summits with Mikhail Gorbachev and numerous special events.

Dr. Corazon Gatchalian, Ph.D., CHE
Dr. Gatchalian is former professor of Hospitality Management and Chair of the Department of Hotel and Institution Management at the University of the Philippines, Manila. She started its hospitality training program in 1972 and was its head for over 30 years. She is co-founder of the AHA-International Hotel Management and Culinary School in Manila and has received numerous awards for her leadership in education, for writing curriculum, for creating unique programs enhancing the multi-cultural learning of students and faculty and for furthering entrepreneurship in women.

Samir Thapa
Bachelor of Business Studies, Trinity University, USA; Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management, Trinity University, USA; Ph. D in Hospitality Management, Preston University, USA; Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management, Alpina School of Hotel Management, Switzerland; Mr. Thapa is the first Hospitality Educator in Nepal who is certified to teach hospitality management education worldwide and he has channeled his extensive experience into 3 main educational enterprises as the Executive Chairman & Founder of the Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management and Silver Mountain Graduate Business School in Katmandu, Nepal and as Global Coordinator for Asia for the World Peace Passport. He creates an international, cross-cultural relevant experience for his students through visiting lecturers from distinguished universities around the world.

Ramzi Kleib
Mr Kleib has a BA in Business Administration from The American University of Beirut, an MBA majoring in Hotel Management at Computer & Education from the American University and a Higher Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Cambridge, U.K. (International Examinations). He has been the administrator, director or founder of various well-known educational institutions including the Lebanese English International School in Limassol Cyprus, the Beirut International School, 5 Lebanese American Schools, the Tourism Department at the C & E Vocational College in Beirut, LA CITE Technical College. In 2005 he established "International Educators", providing educational services to many academic institutions, vocational colleges and universities in Lebanon. He provides special project management services to the Ministry of Tourism in Lebanon, and arranges "Student Exchange Programs" between Lebanese students and students from different countries.

Ruth Muchendu
Ms. Muchendu is a young Kenyan professional who graduated from the United States International University-Africa in 2003 majoring in Tourism Management (minor in marketing) with a Cum Laude honors award. She completed a special year of internship training in tourism and hospitality in the United States with the American Academy of Hospitality in 2004 and as a result of her exemplary performance became AHA's Recruiting Representative in Africa, establishing the first AHA global office in Nairobi. Ruth speaks English, Swahili, Kikuyu, basic German, Italian and Japanese and has traveled extensively through the U.S.A., Mexico, Thailand, South Korea, Tanzania, Uganda and South Africa. She was one of the youngest presenters at the Global Summit on Peace Through Tourism in Thailand in 2004 and is dedicated to promoting cultural understanding in African schools.
